Ever have one of those days when you know the very second you open your eyes that no way will you stick to a diet that day?

Have you ever heard of sparkpeople.com? It has been helping me stay on track. It makes you think of it as a life style change rather than a diet. And its more about making small safe steps to a new healthier life rather than leaping forward and feeling guilty if you miss a day, or eat some chocolate.

The site can be a little overwhelming at first because they have so many resources, but its really cool! Look into it!

I use Sparkpeople too. I find it very helpful.

I definitely have days like this. At WW they tell you to try and not think of it that way though. Like if you blow your breakfast then your whole day is ruined. It's not really. Sure you blew your breakfast, but it doesn't mean you can't try again for the rest of the day. I'm not saying it happens like this all the time for me because when I fall weak to eating whatever I want, I fall hard, but it's something to think about when this sort of mentality creeps into your mind.
