I'm at the end of my second week of my new diet, no sugar, no flour of any kind and I've lost 9.1 pounds so far.

Wow, that is amazing Susan. I've been working out for three weeks and have lost NOTHING! I need to change my eating habits.

I'm actually a member of WW (since April) and it's been a struggle, but just recently have started to finally see results (9.4 lbs over the last two weeks). I'm aiming for a heck of a lot more than 25 by Thanksgiving, but I'm all for joining this group. It's always easier when everyone around you has the same goal and doesn't mock you for even a 1 lb loss a week.

Also, since I am an actual WW member, if anyone's looking for point values and all the fun insider stuff you get with actually joining to help you along your own journey, feel free to ask. I have all the devices :)
